Gun Control: Virginia Shootings

After the Virginia Tech tragedy, the issue of gun control is again on the minds of many people in the whole world, though not everyone concludes that tighter gun controls might prevent more gun deaths, some of them argue that if only students had been allowed to take their own arms into classrooms, they could have fought back. In my personal opinion this kind of statement is shocking as well as the law in United States that permits everyone to carry a gun.
This is super national for those who are living on this side of the Atlantic.

Virginia requires residents to present two forms of identification to buy a gun, as well pass a computerized background check, meanwhile in Lithuania firstly you have to pass a psychological test and many more and after that there still is a question of getting a licence to a gun.
If such remedies could be taken in United States, the number of rampage killings might decrease.
