Gun Control: Virginia Shootings

After the Virginia Tech tragedy, the issue of gun control is again on the minds of many people in the whole world, though not everyone concludes that tighter gun controls might prevent more gun deaths, some of them argue that if only students had been allowed to take their own arms into classrooms, they could have fought back. In my personal opinion this kind of statement is shocking as well as the law in United States that permits everyone to carry a gun.
This is super national for those who are living on this side of the Atlantic.

Virginia requires residents to present two forms of identification to buy a gun, as well pass a computerized background check, meanwhile in Lithuania firstly you have to pass a psychological test and many more and after that there still is a question of getting a licence to a gun.
If such remedies could be taken in United States, the number of rampage killings might decrease.

Internet Fraud

The term internet fraud reffers to any type of crime that refers deceiving online.
Internet frauds can be commited by using in several different internet components, such as chat rooms, e-mails, message boards, online bank accounts and other.
Why internet froud is so special? Well, the answer is actually very simple. As a rule things online tend to happen more quickly than in the real world. During the last few years there has been an increase in online fraud, becouse nowadays criminals take advantage of the Internet's unique capabilities for example, by sending e-mail messages worldwide in seconds, or posting Web site information that is readily accessible from anywhere in the world - to carry out various types of fraudulent schemes more quickly than was possible with many fraud schemes in the past.
So we have a right to be suspicious. Most users of the Internet are nice people but, as in any large population, detestable creeps sometimes emerge from the shadows.

Employment Law Summary

A text describes the principles of tort and contract - the basic elements of employment law. Due to employees weaker economic position, they have more legal rights than self-employed. There are eight employee rights emphasized in the text. The right for workers to strike, the right to safe and healthy workplace, the right of equal work opportunities for men and women, the right for women to be re-employed after having a baby, the right to receive payment for overtime work, the right of early-warning before dismissal, the right of minimum wages for all workers and also the right for unfair dismissal as well as the right to dismiss before stated retirement age.
Yet EC law differ form English by having a Sunday trading. Sometimes it gives a better protection than English law.
Finally, after comparison of employment law in Japan it seams that it is better to live in England, for the sole purpose of short working hours.
